The Mycotoxin Cleanup Column products are designed especially for analysis of various mycotoxins, which contain packing materials made of adsorbent mixes specially designed for all food and feed commodities. Interferences adhere to the chemical packaging and the purified extract, containing all the mycotoxins, can be collected from the out of the cleanup column.
Aflatoxin, zearalenone and deoxynivalenol in the sample are extracted by acetonitrile solution, purified by mycotoxin clean up column, then blowed dry by nitrogen. The method can be used for the determination of aflatoxin by HPLC or LC-MS / MS.
